Mysterious Artist Block

Artist Block can happen for many different reason. I struggle with artist block in this next section something fierce. As many know I work between two to three jobs and have just gotten a new kitten, and while this takes some time away from creating I have not let this stop me. 

No where I have hit artist block in our sampler is the alphabet and charting the stitches. While stitching comes easy the computer and stitching programs don not and I am teaching myself as I go. As for the alphabet I had one I loved and was half way through charting it when I discovered that it would be way to be big for our size fabric. (So I will just have to find a new alphabet and save this one for my next design. 

​So something is better than nothing.

 Wrapped Straight Stitch & Buttonhole

Please Note

The Wrapped Straight Stitch is done using DMC 02 and work with two strands of floss. Starts and ends three fabric threads in!
The Buttonhole Stitch is done using DMC 03 and worked with two strands of floss.
