Honey Bee Sampler is stitched on 36 count Arrowroot linen by Roxy Floss Co., one strand of floss over two linen threads with the following floss:
Creme Brulee by Roxy Floss Co. (8 yard skeins) - requires 3 skeins. However, if using 5 yard skeins, I would suggest 4 to be safe. If you are stitching with 2 strands, you will need double the amount of floss. Weeks Dye Works Chickpea or Belle Soie Pecan Pie are good alternatives to the Roxy Floss Co. Creme Brulee.
Creme Brulee by Roxy Floss Co. is highly variegated. It is hard to suggest a DMC, but I would choose these two blended - DMC 676/680.
